Business of the Month

Our May business of the month highlights the selfless and generous, Creative Awards, family. Owned and operated by Wayne and Sherry Rode, Creative Awards has developed an outstanding reputation for awards and other marketing initiatives. Purchased in 1992, Wayne and Sherry have been the go to for local businesses, rodeos and large entities, including most Major Stockshows. Beyond being an incredible, accommodating and timely company they are also very generous. You will always find them at various events, volunteering, sponsoring or buying youth projects. We are so proud to partner with and have the Rode Family as members. Thank you for your continued membership and your service to our community.

Stonewall Chamber of Commerce

​​Stonewall is located on the Pedernales River in Southeastern Gillespie County. Famed for the sweetest peaches in Texas, Stonewall is also home to some of the best wineries in the state. Stonewall is the birthplace of the 36th President of the United States, President Lyndon B. Johnson. The headquarters and Visitor Center for the Lyndon B. Johnson National & State Historical Parks are here.  Come and tour the Texas Whitehouse, LBJ Birthplace, Johnson Family Cemetery, and the Sauer-Beckmann Living History Farm. And don’t forget to join us for our Annual Peach Jamboree & Rodeo, always on the 3rd full weekend in June!
